Food and Such
The problem with the topic of food, at least the healthy variety, is that everyone has an opinion about what that means for them. I have had many ideas, myself, on what ''healthy'' and ''unhealthy'' food is throughout my life and have been proven wrong often enough to know that my opinion is just that...my opinion. However, I do have a sincere desire to eat healthy, in a frugal sort of way, so that my body works at it's best each day. For me, that means eating 3 meals a day, and maybe a snack or two, depending on my hormone levels. And when I say snack, I don't mean cheetos, I mean a yogurt, a tortilla or two, something along those lines. I generally try to go light on refined sugars, light on fats, especially fried things. But that's not to say I cut it out completely...life is a balancing act! So here, I hope you'll find thought provoking ideas. I will research some things and simply write my opinion for others. If I'm getting information from a specific source, I will let you know so you can find it if you wish, or at least know it wasn't my idea. Please feel free to comment with any tidbits you might have.
